I don't understand why you don't just make your gays or drug users take it, because these rates are high enough that people can contract HIV from heterosexual sex in some areas of Russia.

Yes, that's why people do not pay for sex generally, which is obviously coercive and creates incentives beyond "I want to have sex". What you are saying is nothing about being free and easy about sex, you're talking about people selling their body for a little money because they see themselves as nothing more than a hole with an expiration date or have very few other options in life. As far as I know being a homosexual is not illegal in Russia, what are the penalties for being a drug user? I imagine more harsh than here, generally when drug users are caught they are not punished the first time but given an official notice from a court that amounts to "Stop this behavior, this is your warning. Here are drug treatment places should you need them".

I of course don't expect Russia to approach such a problem in the same way a Western European country might and you are generally much more harsh in matters of government, I'm more surprised you aren't literally forcing people who are likely to contract and spread a deadly virus to undergo preventative treatment, seems like it could easily be framed as punishment or whatever is culturally needed to have such a thing be accepted in Russia but having AIDs in your country past a certain point stops affecting only the IV drug users and homosexual men/people who do anal sex frequently.

It begins to affect your paramedics who have to treat people, your police officers, your newborn children who come into this life with the virus, etc

Well, I didn't saw it like that, but it's an interesting perspective on thing of which I didn't thought. But tbh I think to expect someone to want to have sex with you is overly-optimistic.

That's just a majority of populaton in general, if don't have capital apart from your own body and time or can't sell the products of your labour, you gonna have to sell yourself. You sell yourself to drive a lorry, to stand behind a counter, to sweep the streets, or you can blow a guy. Either way you selling out. Althought all prostitutes I saw have been reporting mental problems, so there is something to it.

Yeah, goverment doesn't care. They more concerned with squeezing money and keep the power. Plus couse the goverment let healthcare system to go that bad people just don't trust them to come with anything not evil or stupid regarding it. Sputnik V was the cleares example there they developed the best drug in quite a short time and couldn't get anyone vaccinated. And we know now that it was the best option, but they just couldn't amount any trust in a system.

it's one of the more common means of contracting HIV in most countries, I don't have a fixation it's just a fact that HIV is a bloodborne illness and people using dirty or unclean syringes or sharing with others is a very easy way for somebody to catch AIDs. I was curious about the criminal penalties because if they're very harsh I'd imagine IV drug users would be much less inclined to show up even if you did have a program to "vaccinate" them.

this shit has started showing up in Western Europe a lot, it's not in Italy yet but people are going crazy with the stuff in Berlin and the Netherlands. I personally tried it once and decided I would never touch it again because it seems too good to be true/too harmful of a drug. I could definitely see it being a factor in people being unsafe about sex though, it's probably the most disinhibiting substance I've ever put in my body.

I have no control over my own life. I will never create anything of value, I can't muster up the desire to improve my situation because it just seems too pointless. I'm too cowardly to die at my own hands, but the feeling sometimes is intolerable, some days I wake up disappointed that I'm conscious once again.

I view the world through vision distorted by film grain, or snow, I don't know. Visual acuity in one of my eyes is beginning to degrade, slightly, but noticeably.

I hear the world through ears that never stop ringing, just a constant high pitch whirr, every night before bed and every morning when I wake. I am slowly but surely accumulating more physical ailments, eventually it will be too much for my body to bear, and at that point I'll die, even though I whine, I find that thought intolerable.

After finishing this spiel I feel guilty, I haven't thought of others. If I could be better, if I could contribute or create something, or participate in anything, I could improve other's lives, but I don't. I only cause suffering to those around me, I take but I never give.

To be honest, while petersburg and moscow had plenty of pretty women, they all are skinny fat or just have bodies like spagetti. While the skinnyfats have boobs, they have no ass. And the skinny ones look like they never do sports and are just malnourished.
