Before the war, I used to organize student events where we invited russian students and also visited events organized by russians. We always joked how the russian girls are pretty and thin, but the russian guys are ugly goblins, so any european average man is an a alpha male in russia, and all russian girls who come to european student events are there to look for a husband and an exit from Russia.
To us it seemed like average russian guys never do sports, never dress properly, have zero understanding of history or culture, and have this weird general problem with their own masculinity: in every new encounter they at first needed to somehow try to "tell or show how manly they are", to the extent it felt like comedy. Like the whole generation of males had been been infected by a low esteem masculinity syndrome. Even many of the guys who turned out to be long term friends, acted out weird at first.
So when you visited russian student event as average finnish man, who acted polite on everyone, who doesnt just dress in adidas pants, looks athletic compared to average russian man... the russian girls would come pouring around you. I've never experienced such popularity elsewhere. At one evening party, I had about a dozen girls around me openly competing who gets to kiss me the next. And I had foursome sex with three girls that night in the student dorms. And pretty much fucked a different girl every night every time I was in russia or when russians came to Finland. So much fun.
The funny thing is, half of the girls were taller than me, yet they didnt seem to be bothered.
