I also rented a two-room apartment there. However, I soon realized that the apartments were cheap because the landlord mainly tried to find desperate people there and he had drug dealers working there separately so that the new residents would become drug slaves.
My neighbor lived with a person named Yuri Polukov who was friendly at first and he also trusted me, telling me that he had previously worked legally as a taxi driver but this landlord had somehow managed to lure him into his own taxi company which he had taken bankrupt and somehow Yuri had ended up owing him 7 thousand euros for this even though the thing was completely the other way around, that the landlord ruined Yuri's life.
So Yuri became Pakarinen's slave and he has to work for free and his debts don't even decrease, for example, asbestos renovation without protective equipment. Yuri said that he had once tried to escape but Pakarinen's gangster subordinates had found him and brought him back. When I lived there, about once a month a gangster would go to Yuri's apartment and beat him up, and once he even destroyed his bicycle for fun.
Finally I decided to tell all my information to the police but I was amazed because the police don't even accept reports. It's a crime in Finland because reports must always be recorded and only then do they decide whether to conduct a preliminary investigation. I finally filed a complaint with the police crime unit but I feel like they're just cheating too because I sent them videos of the crimes to their link and then they said that the link doesn't work, send us the files on a flash drive in an envelope.
Yuri said that Pakarinen also has other properties where there are many more Russians and they live in inhumane conditions, for example the apartments are moldy. Yuri's mother and stepfather visit Finland occasionally, but he doesn't dare tell them or maybe he's embarrassed. Could you help with this situation?

What we learn from this: never trust finnish government they are lying snake. I have had my experience before in life with this, but this time they crossed the line. Why I do this: is not solely of Yuri, even he stole from me money and other couple of times, I do want to help him still
But most I want: to punish this government and these kind of gansters like Pakarinen just for justice.
