No, they actually don't like goyim making groups. It's jewish prerogative to support each other and dominate goys. For example, if you look at "examples of success" the default route is: be jewish - become professional in something- create a commercial idea - get investments from already successful jews - create startup - win. But if you aren't jewish you aren't likely to get investments from their financialinstitutions, even if you are genius professional.
